Mr. Abhishek Gupta, an esteemed alumnus from the 2013 batch of SCMHRD, is an eminent leader in the field of Human Resources. Upon graduating from SCMHRD, he joined Capgemini,India as a Senior Consultant, Talent Management, driving the talent management interventions across levels.
After this, he went on to work for YES Bank where his role included executing YES Bank’s Talent Management strategy including Leadership Development. He has also been associated with brands such as Yum! Brands & DP World India, wherein he spearheaded the Learning and Organizational Development function & was responsible for leading the L&D interventions, talent management and culture building agenda for the organization.
Awarded as 'Young HR Leader of the Year' by ET NOW, Abhishek is a true believer of the ideology that, ' There Are No Shortcuts To Real Success'
Currently, he is the HR Director at ZebPay, India's leading Bitcoin and Crypto exchange. SCMHRD celebrates his accomplishments and wishes him the best for his future endeavours.
An expert in the field of HR, Ms Alka Dubey is an eminent alumna from the 2017 batch.
She joined Colgate-Palmolive as a Summer Intern. Post completion of MBA she joined Colgate-Palmolive as a Business Leadership Program Associate (the Management Trainee Program at Colgate) and subsequently moved as Area Leader - Employee Relations and Development. Later, she moved on to take the role of Commercial (Branch) HR for the East Region.
She is currently working as Manager - Employer Branding and Campus at Colgate - Palmolive.

Mr. Vartul Mittal, our alumnus from the 2008 batch, is a distinguished Top 40 under 40 Digital Transformation Leader in the fasted disrupting space of Intelligent Process Automation, Advanced Analytics and Multi Cloud adoption, with a career of over 16 years in Management consulting.
Upon graduating from SCMHRD he joined Kotak Mahindra and was involved in Customer Relationship Management and Lead Investment advisory services.
Post this, he went on to join various prestigious firms like IBM, Barclays, UK, Wipro and Sutherland, where he is currently the AVP & Global Head - Intelligence Process Automation (IPA) for solutions, partnerships and Marketing. At his current role, he is leading a team of process designers, automations technologists and architects to deliver enterprise automation solutions.
He is a Digital Transformation & Innovation Leader with a passion for helping businesses build a cost effective, customer oriented and resilient operating model by optimizing their Operations, Technology, Outsourcing for GSIS/BPOs/GBS/Global Capability centers.
He has been conferred with Special Achievement Award in Al at 1st AICRA (All India Council for Robotics & Automation), 2019 and Most Innovative Digital Leader of the Year at 5th Inflection Summit & Awards'19.

Akshay Dawar, an esteemed alumnus from the 2009 batch of SCMHRD, has over 14 years of versed experience across corporate banking, corporate finance, equity research and investment banking services.
Upon graduating from SCMHRD with an MBA in finance, he joined HSBC in Equity Research Division and there he initiated coverage on insurance companies. Post this, he joined YES Bank's Corporate Banking team & handled new business development, credit appraisal and client relationship
management activities. In his current role as Director, Corporate Banking Services at Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation, he is leading a team of senior relationship managers and instrumental in managing a significant portfolio of the bank's mid & large size corporate customers including many marquee names in automotive, consumer durable and NBFC space.
Throughout his corporate journey, he has acquired skills in business development, price negotiations, trade finance, treasury / FX solution advisory, credit appraisal, financial modelling and conflict resolution amongst many others.

An expert in the field of HR, Ms Antara Chaterjee is an eminent alumna from the 2008 batch with a distinguished career.
After her graduation, Ms Antara joined Reckitt as a Management Trainee and was promoted to Assistant HR Manager. In 2011, she moved on to Unilever, where she worked for 8 years in different functions of the HRBP role. Currently, she is working in the humanitarian sector with UNICEF, New York. She is driving the strategic workforce planning efforts for UNICEF globally and is currently designing a skills-based approach for talent management and implementing an internal talent marketplace for all staff members at UNICEF.

We are delighted to share with you all that our alumna from the 2005 batch, Ms. Savita Sharma, has been featured in the list of Most Influential Women in the HR Sector by People.in.
After graduating from SCMHRD in 2005, Ms. Sharma joined Mahindra & Mahindra as Human Resources Business Partner. Later, she switched to Patni Computer Systems becoming their Corporate Human Resources Manager. She was also the Talent & L&D Lead of Vodafone India and Vice President - HR of Info Edge, helping both the companies with talent acquisition & management, building a valued work culture, learning & OD and enhancing team performance. Her invaluable corporate experience mixed with passion has helped Ms. Savita scale new heights such as becoming the HR Head of Consumer Business Market Operations in India & Sri Lanka of Airtel. Currently, she is the CHRO of API Holdings.

She is currently the CHRO of Sony Pictures Network with an acclaimed career of more than two decades during which she has been associated with more than 10 companies. After completing her MBA she started out her career as a Human Resource Leader at General Electric where she worked for 7 years.
She has also worked at American Express for 9 years where she was promoted as Head- Global HR Transformation and Capabilities. Later she moved to The Coca Cola Company where she worked as a CHRO for more than 2 years. She has been a board member for Jombay, SHRM India, and Frontier Group of Companies. She is a green belt in Six Sigma Certification and has reached the Intermediate Level of Company Secretary.

After graduating in 2006, Mr. Roy has worked with many prestigious organizations like The Coca-Cola Company, Nokia, and HealthifyMe before starting his own venture, TagZ Foods. TagZ crafts uber-premium snacking experiences for urban genZ consumers. Tagz uses cutting-edge food tech to craft premium and innovative snacking experiences. The company is set to step towards #SustainableSnacking by recycling 100% of the plastic that they generate.

Currently the Country HR Director for Unilever Sri Lanka, Ms. Ananya Sabharwal is a seasoned HR professional with over 13 years of experience in diverse Unilever markets across India, US, UK, Netherlands and now Sri Lanka. Having joined Unilever as a Management Trainee as part of the Unilever Future Leaders Program, Ananya has subsequently gained extensive experience across multiple aspects of HR such as Strategic HR Business Partnering, Employer Branding, Talent Acquisition & Management, Change Management, Capability Development, Culture Transformation & Leadership Development. Ananya has led Employer Branding and Recruitment for Unilever India and North America, been the Change Management Leader for many worldwide Unilever transformations including the Digital Transformation in Unilever Supply Chain. She has also played Global HR leadership roles for Unilever Engineering, Quality, Planning organizations. Currently she leads the HR Function for Unilever Sri Lanka, partnering the business to fuel growth by driving the end-to-end People Agenda with numerous industry people practices.
Ananya is a purposeful and business-focused HR leader who is a big advocate of Wellbeing, Inclusion and Conscious leadership. She has been practicing Yoga and Meditation for over 2 decades and spends considerable time volunteering. She has a passion for traveling, photography and healthy conscious living through Ayurveda.
