Mr. Abhishek Gupta, an esteemed alumnus from the 2013 batch of SCMHRD, is an eminent leader in the field of Human Resources. Upon graduating from SCMHRD, he joined Capgemini,India as a Senior Consultant, Talent Management, driving the talent management interventions across levels.
After this, he went on to work for YES Bank where his role included executing YES Bank’s Talent Management strategy including Leadership Development. He has also been associated with brands such as Yum! Brands & DP World India, wherein he spearheaded the Learning and Organizational Development function & was responsible for leading the L&D interventions, talent management and culture building agenda for the organization.

An epitome of finesse in Organizational Design and HR Business Partnering, Ms. Ankita Behl is an esteemed alumna of SCMHRD who has a wide range of experience across industries including Automobile, Retail and Energy.
Ms. Behl has completed her B.Tech. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Panjab University in 2010 and then completed her MBA from SCMHRD in Human Resources specialization in 2012. She then joined Bajaj Auto Ltd. as an HR Manager and was associated with them for about 4.5 years. She led the Leadership Development vertical in the L&D function. In 2016, she was promoted as the HR Business Partner for the Bajaj Motorcycles and KTM Business Units. In November 2016, she joined Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail Ltd. as the Talent Acquisition Leader and was associated with them for an year.
In September 2017, she joined General Electric (GE) and has been associated with them for about 6 years now. Ms. Behl is currently the Senior HR Business Partner in GE Vernova. She is also playing a dual hat as the Total Rewards leader for South Asia.

Dr. Divleen Jeji, an esteemed alumna of SCMHRD, is a distinguished healthcare professional with extensive experience in healthcare technology & innovation.
Dr. Divleen obtained her MBBS from Government Medical College in Chandigarh, and went on to complete her MBA from SCMHRD in 2011, specializing in Marketing. Subsequently, she joined Max Healthcare and helped set up new hospitals in Shalimar Bagh, Mohali, Bathinda & Dehradun. Post that she joined the corporate and held strategic roles at HCL Healthcare, KPMG and Smith & Nephew. She switched to digital healthcare in 2016 when she joined Lybrate as Vice President for Strategy & Innovation. Post that, she moved to Dhaka to work as Head of product for Telenor Health. She was the only Indian in the team and provided leadership in product design for digital consumer & enterprise health products. In April 2016, she assumed the role of Head - Product and was later promoted to the position of Head - Digital & Healthcare Channels.
Currently, Dr. Divleen holds the esteemed position of India Lead for Google Health, where she joined as a Program Manager in 2019 and was promoted to her current position in 2022. She has been actively involved in the deployment of artificial intelligence based solutions in real world clinical settings and she has also been a judge on the health leadership team for the Massachusetts Institute of Technology: Solve Challenge for two years. As part of that effort she mentors digital healthcare innovators that work in LMIC settings and contribute to healthier lives.
She is also a published author, having authored an article titled 'Healthcare in Bangladesh: Women to lead the way' to The Daily Star in 2019. She has also co-authored publications on AI & applications in Healthcare which have been published in medical & technology journals

With over a decade of experience in the Human Resource domain, Ms. Geetha Ranganathan is an esteemed alumna of SCMHRD. She has hands-on experience across the Healthcare and FMCG sectors in India and South East Asia.
A Biotechnology Engineer from Visvesvaraya Technological University, Ms. Geetha graduated from SCMHRD in 2013 with an MBA in Human Resources specialization. Post this, she joined Unilever as a Management Trainee through the ULIP program. She was promoted as Global Diversity and Inclusion Manager in 2014. Her prime responsibility included facilitating the development of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion based out of Singapore. Post that she took over a role as HRBP for the Water Business of Hindustan Unilever Limited.
In 2015, Ms. Geetha joined GE Healthcare as an HR Manager - Technology. Her responsibilities included Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, and Performance Management, among others for the engineering teams based out of the R&D Center. In 2017, she was assigned the role of HR Manager, Commercial South and Functions where she was responsible for the end-to-end HR delivery for clients of the Sales Team based out of Southern India and Sri Lanka. She was also awarded the Women Super Achiever Award in 2017 at the World HRD Congress. Mr. Bibin Poovathany is an esteemed alumnus of SCMHRD who has over eleven years of HR experience across multiple sectors, including IT, FMCG, Aviation, and Healthcare. He graduated from SCMHRD with a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources specialization in 2012.
Mr. Bibin then joined Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories as an HR business partner and later moved to a corporate L&D role. He worked as the National Sales HR Manager for Global Consumer Products Private Limited (a start-up in the FMCG sector) where he led the HR function for the national sales team consisting of employees across all states in India. He has rich HR experience with significant exposure in Recruitment, Compensation, Employee Engagement, Talent Management, Organization Design, and Learning and Development.
Currently, Mr. Bibin is playing the role of Senior HR Manager at GE Healthcare, where he is the HR Leader for the IT and global function teams for GE Healthcare India. He spent around six years in GE and performed the role of HR Business partner in GE Digital and GE Aviation before moving to his current role in the Healthcare business. He was recognized as an emerging HR leader as part of ‘Are you in the list - 2018’, an initiative by People Matters and DDI to identify emerging HR leaders in India through a six-stage rigorous process involving a jury of HR leaders and industry veterans. A pioneer in the field of Digital transformations, Ms. Ramya Natrajan is a distinguished alumna of SCMHRD. With a background in Computer Science Engineering, she previously worked at Accenture Services Pvt. Ltd. before pursuing her MBA.
Ms. Natrajan graduated from SCMHRD in 2011, specializing in Marketing. Subsequently, she joined Deloitte Consulting and served as a Consultant from 2011, earning a promotion to Senior Consultant in 2014. Her primary responsibilities included leading global HR transformation for organizations enabled by technologies such as SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, SNOW. She has extensive experience in Compensation processes, as well as Integration across various HR sub-processes such as OM, PA, Talent, Time, and Payroll. Mr. Subodh Varkhede is a highly accomplished business professional with over fifteen years of experience in the manufacturing and automobile sector. He is recognized as a distinguished alumnus of SCMHRD, having completed his PGD in Business Analytics specialization in 2015. With a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University, Mr. Varkhede has held key roles in renowned organizations such as Bosch and Fiat Chrysler Automobiles.
Mr. Varkhede's expertise lies in Agile leadership, and he has a demonstrated history of working in multiple domains including Forecasting, Order fulfillment, Supply Chain, Digital after-market, and Customer Support. He started his career at John Deere as a Forecast Analyst for the Asia region, where he was responsible for demand planning and order fulfillment processes. Shashank Golani, a seasoned marketing professional with over 18 years of experience, is a distinguished alumnus of SCMHRD. During his professional Journey, he has worked in diverse industries such as Food & Beverages, Automobile, Telecommunication, and Consumer Durables.
After completing his MBA in Sales and Marketing from SCMHRD in 2005, Mr. Golani started his career as an Assistant Product Manager with Vodafone Group, where he played a key role in launching the 'Hutch' brand in Maharashtra and Goa. He then worked with Whirlpool India as a Regional Marketing Manager and with Idea Cellular Ltd. as a Senior Marketing Manager, where he received recognition for launching the highly successful 'The Honey Bunny' digital campaign in 2012.
In 2013, he joined CEAT Tyres Limited as a Senior Brand Manager, responsible for end-to-end Brand Management and for his contribution to the 'Drive Safe Dad' campaign. He later joined Bajaj Auto Ltd. and held roles such as Category Head - Personal Biking and Commercial Segment for the International Business Unit, eventually taking over Marketing responsibilities for ASEAN countries in July 2018.
Currently, Mr. Golani is the Associate Director of Marketing at McDonald's, where he is responsible for strategic Brand Building, Category P&L, and Topline improvement, with the goal of making McDonald's the preferred QSR brand in India. He has received widespread recognition and multiple Marketing Awards for his work on various campaigns.

A versatile Human Resource professional with more than a dozen years of experience in handling various HR roles, Ms. Sahar Khan is a renowned alumna of SCMHRD. She has worked across various industries including pharmaceuticals, FMCG, Fashion & Retail, Automobile, and NBFC.
Ms. Khan graduated from SCMHRD in 2011 with a Human Resources specialization. She joined Glenmark Pharmaceutical as a Management Trainee. In her initial years, she was responsible for the recruitment of senior positions in Operations and Quality at the Head Omce and Plants, alongside leading Performance Management. In 2013, she transitioned from corporate HR into Sales HR where she worked as the HRBP to the Division Head and Regional Sales Team for 3 divisions of Glenmark, responsible for over 900 employees across India.

After graduating from SCMHRD in 2005 from the Human Resources specialization, Ms. Sinha joined Reliance Industries Limited as an Assistant Manager of HR. She was associated with RIL for 2 years post which she joined IndiGo Airlines and was associated with them for various responsibilities and assignments for 9 years. A versatile Human Resource leader with successful stints across two FMCG majors in India, Mr. Sadasiva Bhaskar Shyamsundar is a distinguished alumnus of SCMHRD.
An Electronics and Instrumentation engineer from Anna University, Mr. Bhaskar graduated with an MBA (Human Resources) from SCMHRD in 2011. He joined one of India's leading Conglomerates, ITC as an Assistant Manager for Human Resources in the Personal Care Products Division factory at Haridwar where he a was part of the team which signed the Collective Bargaining Agreement with the then factory employees' representative body. In 2015, he was promoted to Assistant Manager of Employee Relations of their Food Business Division.
In January 2016, Mr. Bhaskar joined Nestle as a Regional HRBP supporting the Sales and Nutrition team of South India. He was promoted to Employee Services Lead in December 2018 wherein he was responsible for setting up HR shared service in Nestle Business Services in Gurugram and supporting the South Asian market in the transformation journey. He is currently the Global Automation and New Services Development Lead of the HR Business Services at Nestle Gurugram, India.

Initially, she worked as a HRBP at Dell and then progressed on her entrepreneurial journey to provide career coaching services to mid-senior professionals. She worked with the Government of Maharashtra Skill Mission Omcer where she designed the public-private partnership policy for making employable 45 million youth in the state. Sudha then joined Kotak Life and as Senior Vice President, she was responsible for scaling the company for 5k to 8k employees. Currently, Ms. Sudha works at Rockwell Automation, as the HRBP Manager for Software Centers in India where she continues to make a significant impact towards organic and inorganic growth.

After her graduation, Ms Antara joined Reckitt as a Management Trainee and was promoted to Assistant HR Manager. In 2011, she moved on to Unilever, where she worked for 8 years in different functions of the HRBP role. Currently, she is working in the humanitarian sector with UNICEF, New York. The Management Committee enables the students of SCMHRD to prepare for their placements through a comprehensive placement training program – A.C.E. (Aspire-Conquer-Excel). The A.C.E. program encompasses the entire gamut of activities from allocation of personal mentors, conducting knowledge transfer sessions, mock group discussions, and mock personal interviews which ensure that students are well-prepared to ace the placement selection processes.
MIME Talks, which stands for Management in Modern Era, is conducted by the Management Committee, as part of the Alumni City Meets – Footprints. The Management Committee travels to various cities like Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore and hosts Panel Discussion on budding topics that encourages our esteemed alumni to initiate business dialogues beyond boardrooms. These discussions with the managers of the modern era ignite the thirst for knowledge in young minds thereby providing them with the opportunity to learn outside the classroom.
